By continuing with your race entry, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to abide by them.
Who We are
The Pan Celtic Race is owned by the parent company Mash The Pedals Ltd. Mash the Pedals Ltd’s registered business address is; 19 St. Davids Road, Llandudno, LL30 2UL, United Kingdom.
Before the Pan Celtic Race 2019 begins, a Rider Agreement will be sent to each entrant. This must be signed and completed by the entrant to enable them to take part in the event. By continuing with this race entry, you acknowledge that you are happy to receive the Rider Agreement and will sign and return it, before the race begins.
Customers wishing to enter the Pan Celtic Race 2019 are required to make a payment within 48hrs of completing the online race entry. Customers can make the payment using a secure bank transfer. Customers can choose to pay an initial deposit of 1/2 the entry cost, with the remainder to be paid by 1st March 2019. Failure to pay the full amount by 1st March 2019 will result in disqualification from the Event.
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 28 days of entering the race. After 28 days up to 120 days before the event day, customers are eligible for a 50% refund. Customers are not eligible for a refund with less than 120 days until the event day.
Email notifications containing further event information
Customers who have entered the race will receive further Event Information via email. It is the responsibility of entrants to read these emails and keep their email contact details up-to-date.
Intellectual property rights
Mash the Pedals Ltd is the owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights associated with the Pan Celtic Race. Those works are protected by copyright laws, observed and enforced around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may share links to published works relating to the Pan Celtic Race for your non-profit personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material on this website, social media and marketing. You must not use any part of the materials for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so.
