Purchasing Products
If you are purchasing a product from this website, then you agree to make the full payment when ordering. Once payment has been received, your product will be posted to you.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, please contact us at info@pancelticrace.com to discuss a refund. Please mention your order reference number in correspondence.
Entering the Race
Rider Agreement
Before the Pan Celtic Race begins, a Rider Agreement will be provided to each entrant. This must be signed and completed by the entrant to enable them to take part in the event. By continuing with this race entry, you acknowledge that you are happy to receive the Rider Agreement and will sign and return it, before the race begins.
Any entrant found not to adhere to any rules, guidance or notice issued by the Organisers may be disqualified and will not receive a finishing position
Entry Payment
Customers wishing to enter the Pan Celtic Race are required to make a payment within 48hrs of completing the online race entry. Customers can make the payment using a secure bank transfer (preferred) or instantly using PayPal.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Customers are eligible for a 50% refund on their race entry up until 1st February 2023. After that point no refund will be offered. In the unlikely scenario that we have to cancel during the event, no refund or postponement will be made available.
Email notifications containing further event information
Customers who have entered the race will receive further Event Information via email. It is the responsibility of entrants to read these emails and keep their email contact details up to date.

Pan Celtic Race Ltd is the owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights associated with the Pan Celtic Race. Those works are protected by copyright laws, observed and enforced around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may share links to published works relating to the Pan Celtic Race for your non-profit personal reference and you may draw the attention of others to material on this website, social media and marketing.
