The Pan Celtic Race 2021 is a self-supported, ultra-endurance cycling adventure, journeying through the Celtic Nations of Cornwall and Wales, along with parts of south-west England steeped in Celtic tradition. Over 130 cyclists from around the UK and Ireland will start the race from Maker Heights on the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall on Sunday 4th July between 10:00 – 11:00 BST.

This is the 2nd edition of the Pan Celtic Race Series and we’re excited to present the following information leading up to the race start, so you can get to know our clan of riders and see how to tracker their progress throughout the race.

Rider Manual

The Pan Celtic Race 2021 Rider Manual is now available to view and download from the link below. Inside you’ll find information about:

  • Maker Heights and getting there

Full and Shorter Routes

Cyclists will be riding either the Full or Shorter routes, as solo or in pairs, as they make their way through beautiful, charming, often brutal and gritty Celtic landscapes from the start to the finish. To learn more about the routes, please see the Full Route and Shorter Route pages.

Our Rider Clan

With just over 140 cyclists in our ‘Rider Clan’ this year, there’s plenty of interesting characters to get to know and follow during the race. To find out more about them, please visit our 2021 Entered Riders page.

Tracking Rider’s Progress

We are using MAProgress to host our tracking service during the race. The website link for the race will be: https://pancelticrace2021.maprogress.com/

This will also be embedded on our race website homepage, the dotwatcher website and shared on our social media channels.
